The reservation request can be made by a simple e-mail, or by phoning; at this point you will receive from us a written confirmation of receipt, accompanied by the details for payment. If the accommodation you requested is not available, we will propose alternative accommodations with similar characteristics to those desired.
Deposit
Advance payment of 30% preferably with Bank Transfer to be made at the time of booking.
The reservation will be accepted only if accompanied by the details of the payment.
The rest of the amount must be paid in cash at the time of your arrival.
Cancellations
If you are forced to cancel the reservation:
- up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the entire advance will be refunded;
- less than 7 days before the date of arrival, no down payment will be refunded at the time of booking.
Payment mode
It is possible to deposit the deposit by PostePay, Bank Transfer or Money Order and send it by e-mail.
